Find out more about our areas

  • The InnoLab focusses on transforming creative ideas into sustainable projects. Here you can also realise your own ideas or work in a team on existing projects.

  • Here you have the opportunity to work on advanced projects and contribute your ideas.

  • In Human Resources & Events, you can help shape the recruitment strategy and are responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of members. You will also organise and coordinate various events to strengthen team cohesion and promote collaboration.

  • You can give free rein to your creativity in the Marketing & IT department. You are responsible for our social media presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. If you enjoy creating content, flyers and posters, this is the right place for you. You will also take care of our digital infrastructure and be responsible for maintaining our website.

  • In our Finance department, you can gain insights into financial management and budgeting and help to finance sustainable social projects. You will also be involved in building sponsorship and partnerships to raise additional funds and supporters for our initiatives. Your work in the legal department will also contribute to the legal security of the organisation.

7 good reasons

  • International involvement or local project work: no two Enactus trips are the same. Join one of your team's projects or join a department, use your university's equipment to develop a prototype and learn more about things you would never have encountered in the normal course of your studies and shape the change of the future with your SDG Impact.

  • Standing on the big stage, giving emotional presentations and showing the world the positive impact your entrepreneurial activities have: Enactus offers you the perfect platform to develop personally and emerge stronger from your studies.

  • Not every enactee goes on to become the managing director of a start-up, but in any case you will gain insights into the various start-up phases and learn what the ‘Problem-Solution Fit’, ‘Needs Assessment’ and ‘Proof-of-Concept’ are all about, for example.

  • Enactus offers endless opportunities to get involved and stay engaged in the network. After your studies, you can stay connected to your team or Enactus Germany as an alumni. Support local Enactus teams as an advisor or take part in (inter)national competitions as a juror. There are no limits to your commitment!

  • Taking responsibility for the change of the future means being willing to make a difference. Contribute yourself and your personality to an Enactus project, become a team leader or present in front of hundreds of people on stage at the annual National Cup: the possibilities are endless, you just have to make the most of them.

  • Your studies at a German college or university provide an excellent foundation and access to laboratories, workshops, libraries and much more to research your project or turn an idea into reality. Enactus Germany offers numerous workshops to help you build up the right knowledge.

  • Together we are strong, but heterogeneous and diverse teams are especially so. Exchange ideas with students from other departments and pool your expertise and strengths to create impact through your entrepreneurial project.
