Enactus Berlin InnoLab department

InnoLab

The InnoLab is Enactus Berlin’s innovation hub where we tackle real-world challenges through design thinking and social innovation. Each semester, 5–15 students come together for weekly workshops, building problem-solving skills and developing impactful project ideas.

As an InnoLab Member, you’ll be an active participant in this journey - contribute with your own project idea or form a small team with someone else.

Your tasks
Attend interactive weekly 2-hour workshops on-site
Collaborate in small teams to tackle social or environmental challenges
Apply design thinking principles to explore problems and prototype solutions
Contribute ideas, feedback and energy to create a dynamic learning environment
Pitch your project concept in a celebratory final presentation

Enactus Berlin Finance & Legal department
Department

Finance & Legal

The Finance & Legal Department ensures that Enactus Berlin e.V. is financially stable and legally sound. We handle budget planning, bookkeeping and the annual accounts, and ensure that all expenditure is managed transparently and responsibly. We also support the team with legal matters and the review of contracts.

Your tasks
Planning and managing the association’s budget
Maintaining the books and preparing the annual financial statements
Ensuring financial transparency and the responsible use of funds
Providing support with legal matters and reviewing contracts
Managing donations, sponsorships, and grants

Enactus Berlin Events department
Department

Events

Plan and organise events - creating engaging and memorable experiences for Enactus members.

The Event Department is responsible for all the events that make Enactus so special. Getting people together, networking and sharing experiences is what makes Enactus so special.

Your tasks
We organize and execute all kinds of Enactus events (National Cup, One Enactus Weekend, Teamweekends, Teammeetings, Workshops …)
We work closely with the Partnerships Department in order to deliver the most exciting and informative workshops for our members
Common tasks for events: create meal plans, arrange accommodations, manage registration lists, create event schedules, handle communication with members, oversee logistics
We offer
Experiences in event organization, learning to speak in front of large groups and connecting with various important partners.

Enactus Berlin Marketing & Webdesign department
Department

Marketing & Webdesign

Here, you can give free rein to your creativity by devising marketing strategies and content for Enactus and start-ups within the organisation. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on developing the design and concept of our website and to continuously improve it.

Your tasks
Creation of (brand-related) content for Instagram and LinkedIn (the team posts at least once a week)
Website design and maintenance, as well as user experience optimization
Regular engagement on the Enactus social media network (likes, comments, shares)
Assistance with planning and executing recruitment and promotional campaigns
Participation in events (taking photos and videos)
Assistance with designing posters, flyers, and presentations
Recording engaging content at events on video
