The InnoLab is Enactus Berlin's innovation hub where 5-15 participants engage in weekly sessions, to understand problems and build solutions through the design thinking process.
Your tasks:
- Design and develop Enactus Berlins Innovation Hub (starting: as soon as possible)
- Host weekly InnoLab sessions on-site (select and support a small group of participants with their projects) (starting: 01.10.2026)
Your profile:
- Advanced English proficiency
- Reliable availability: approx. 2 hours per week on-site + preparation/follow-up
- Strong interest in innovation, social entrepreneurship, Design Thinking
- Enthusiastic about hands-on teamwork and supporting others in their learning process
Optional:
- Experience with design thinking or other innovation methods
- Previous experience in workshop facilitation or moderation
- Academic background in business, (social) entrepreneurship
- Experience working with Canva

Plan and organise events - creating engaging and memorable experiences for Enactus members.
The Event Department is responsible for all the events that make Enactus so special. Getting people together, networking and sharing experiences.
Your tasks:
- We organize and execute all kinds of Enactus events (National Cup, One Enactus Weekend, Teamweekends, Teammeetings, Workshops …)
- We work closely with the Partnerships Department in order to deliver the most exciting and informative workshops for our members
- Common tasks for events: create meal plans, arrange accommodations, manage registration lists, create event schedules, handle communication with members, oversee logistics …
Your profile:
- English, German (Be fluent in either one. Most of our partners prefer German)
- Workload is periodical, as there aren’t weekly events to plan
- Be present at all monthly meetings (which we also organize ourselves)
- Well organized, reliable, communicative, open to new experiences, outgoing (to reach out to potential partners / locations)

Help us maintain and continuously improve the Enactus Berlin website.
Your tasks:
- Update and manage website content (events, projects, general information)
- Ensure the website stays structured, clear, and up to date - Support small design and layout improvements
- Collaborate with Marketing and other teams for content updates
Time commitment:
- approx. 1–2 hours per week (flexible)
Your profile:
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Basic interest in website management or digital tools
- Structured way of working
- Comfortable working in English
Optional:
- Experience with Squarespace or similar website builders
- Basic understanding of design / user experience
- Experience with content management
